I had no idea what to expect going into my first breathwork session and as soon as I’d finished, I knew I wanted to make this a regular part of my life -- it was an incredible experience.
I’ve spent so much of my life living in my head (I’m a recovering overthinker!), I’d given up trying to meditate a hundred times before and suddenly there I was, being fully in my body and the mind chatter was gone -- just like what happens with good sex or a good sweat and all I was doing was breathing! 🤯 *mindblown*
I am certain breathwork was absolutely essential to me surviving that first 3 month pandemic lockdown with our kids home 24/7 without hating myself, them or my husband.
