You get up, feed the kids, pack lunch, go to work, get home, make dinner, do baths, bedtime and collapse on the couch to spend the evening scrolling social media or binging Netflix, stay up too late and then wake up tired to start it all again the next day.

You feel like you “should” meditate but can't sit still for more than a few minutes and you end up spending the whole time trying to shush the chatter in your mind rather than reaching any kind of zen state.
