Transformative Breathwork
Transformational breathwork gets you into your body quickly, powerfully, and completely. Using the active breath, you’ll release emotions, move energy, and leave this session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
This style of breathwork is ideal for high performers who often get stuck in overthinking and struggle to quiet their busy brains, as well as anyone looking for better stress management, emotional clarity, and a deeper mind-body connection.

Restorative Breathwork
Your breath is a direct line to your nervous system and in this class you will use your breath to slow down, make space and lovingly tend to your body, mind and spirit.Â
Slow, deep breathing takes center stage helping you activate that rest-and-digest (parasympathetic) response. Ideal for anyone under a lot of stress or looking for a gentle, intentional way to slow down and connect with themselves.Â
 Guided meditation is woven into this hour-long session that’s a delicious reboot for your brain, body and nervous system.

I had no idea what to expect going into my first breathwork session and as soon as I’d finished, I knew I wanted to make this a regular part of my life -- it was an incredible experience.
